Waiting
Stations are a wonderful place to study people and their behavior. You see them relaxed when thinking about their upcoming holiday destination, annoyed when their train is delayed, angry when their luggage was lost, happy for meeting their friends, sad for leaving someone loved behind. Some hurry to catch their last chance, some slow down. Others try to interact with foreigners, are open to chat with their waiting neighbors, whereas the more introverted ones isolate themselves lost in music and reading curled up in their seat.
Stations and airports often put our patience to test. We keep hours waiting, drinking coffee, reading newspapers and staring holes into the wall. Spending your time waiting at the station, you can also use it productively and take some pictures.

The fish-eye shots are really cool, but I’m going for the empty hallway and train stop. Its emptiness makes you imagine the blur of human traffic.

I was also fascinated how empty it was – minutes later, it was already crowded again
