A day in the life of Ms Cat
Working home office-based, I always have my cats arround me who are more than happy to help. To give you a brief overview on how a typical office day in the life of my cat looks like, I decided to take some characteristic shots.
The relentless alarm in the morning is a shock for both of us. This is my cat’s face when she realises that snoozing time is over.
Motivated she finds her spot on my desk – the perfect place to overlook some pencils that she has previously thrown off the table or to hunt some fluff.
After she is typing something into my emails while walking over they keyboard like “kjaskldöjaklfjasdlkfjjklasjdfklj”, she decides to make a tour through the endless hiding spaces in the office.
Behind the curtain staring out of the window is a great spot to spend some time, though observing the outside world is pretty exhausting.
Time for a quick nap!
Before she is getting up again, she takes a shower.
Such a busy day! In the late afternoon, she wants to play. Whenever I do not play with her immediately, she is becoming naughty, trying to attract my attention through getting on my nerves while she is re-decorating the bath room.
How is your typical day in the office?

PS. May I ask you suggestions for a family trip to Austria in July? A mix of mountain and city visit. What would you recommend? Thanks!

Vienna i s the city which gives you most cultural opportunities, however the great mountains are approximately 3h drive away.
I personally I like the Dachstein area (about 3h from Vienna), all around Schladming, Ramsau, this is about 2h from Graz. This way you could combine Vienna, Graz and mountains.
The other option would be going more Wes (Innsbruck, Salzburg, mountains and lakes)t: Innsbruck which is already surrounded by mountains and a lovely city as well. There my favorite area is the Stubaital, with the Stubaier glacier. The gondula takes you up to 3000m and you’ll find yourself in snow even in July. There are plenty of hiking tours and outdoor activities. Vienna is about 4,5h drive away. Salzburg – Innsbruck is 1h40. Around Salzburg are also lots of mountains, and various lakes: Mondsee, Gosausee, etc.

Thank you so much for the information, Nalinki. It’s super helpful. We’re coming from the west side so we may adapt the route to accommodate both suggestions if time allows.
I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

I will for sure! Particularly in Vienna as I have been there several times but I’m sure there is more to see outside the touristic routes!!Thank you so much.

Beautiful cat. In the photo before her nap, she looks like she’s lip-synching to some serious Alice Cooper or Iron Maiden. Perhaps she’s a closet 80s metal-head?

That’s how a cat should behave 🙂 I’m very envious. I would love to have a cuddly cat 🙂
