Orange fields full of pumpkins make me think about pumpkin gratin, pumpkin soup and Halloween.

As a self confessed pumpkin addict, I feel honored to include these great photos in the Photo Rehab! Thank you. Would you send the recipe of the pumpkin gratin, please! LOL @desleyjane right?

thank you!
the recipe is easy:
1 peeled pumpkin (I took a Hokkaido) – roughly chopped
1 onion chopped
5-10 cherry tomatoes cut in half or slices
2 eggs plus a cup of cream – whisked together with soup herbs, salt, pepper, garlic, basil leaves
put pumpkin, onions and tomatos into the gratin bowl and pour the egg/cream mix on top
put some crumbled feta cheese on top (or other cheese)
around 45 min at 180°C
