Seasonal Changes 12: Winter?
December was foggy and stunningly mild and warm. No snow, no ice.
The only reminder of winter was the fog. Whenever the sun came through, it felt like early spring instead of December.
In January 2015, I started posting pictures of my running route. Due to a very busy December, my “Seasonal Changes” post for December is late.
See my other seasonal changes posts:
Seasonal changes 11 – Red and yellow autumn
Seasonal changes 10 – October leaves
Seasonal changes 9 – Fall is coming
Seasonal changes 8 – Summer fruits
Seasonal changes 7 – Hot and dry – it’s July
Seasonal changes 6 – Sunny June
Seasonal changes 5 – May flowers
Seasonal changes 4 – Bear’s garlic
Seasonal changes 3 – Spring is close
Seasonal changes 1 – Winter wonderland
I like the focus on all the shadows. Nice collection. Even with the fog, the tree silhouettes stand in for shadows.

I think your photos are stunning! I especially like the fog and water photos. The blue water with the silhouetted trees is exceptional!

I love all your shadows and reflections and the focus on the trees. So different from usual winter scenes!
